Navigation: Positions > desired position > desired applicant > Actions > Download

1. Click Positions under Faculty Search on the navigation bar.
   
2. Click the hyperlinked Name of the desired position.
3. Click the hyperlinked Name of the desired applicant.
4. Click Download Application PDF or Download Application ZIP from the Actions dropdown.
   

Navigation: Positions > desired position > desired applicant > Download

1. Click Positions under Faculty Search on the navigation bar.
   
2. Click the hyperlinked Name of the desired position.
3. Click the hyperlinked Name of the desired applicant.
4. Click Download adjacent to the desired Document Title under the Actions column.
   

Navigation: Positions > desired position > checkboxes > Download

1. Click Positions under Faculty Search on the navigation bar.
   
2. Click the hyperlinked Name of the desired position.
3. Select the checkboxes adjacent to the names of the desired applicants to tag.
   • Click the top-most checkbox adjacent to Applicant Name at the top of the table to select all applicants.
     
4. Click Download on the toolbar that appears above.
   
5. Select Download PDF or Download ZIP.
   • An email will be sent when the download is read.
