Manage Emails from Interfolio

Navigate to the Communications tab of the Account Settings page to control when and how Interfolio sends emails. Currently, users can select whether or not to receive email notifications including product updates, articles on best practices, and information on promotions.

 

Manage Emails From Interfolio

  1. Click Account Settings from the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Click Email & Communications on the left-hand navigation bar.

  3. Turn email notifications on or off by clicking the checkbox under Communications.

    Email notifications include product news, articles on best practices, and information on promotions.

     

Not Receiving Interfolio Emails?

  1. Make sure the email address adjacent to Primary under the Email section is confirmed to ensure emails are delivered to the proper email address.

    First, check your email’s spam and junk folders

     
  2. Add Interfolio as a trusted email domain in the email's address book.

    To make sure Interfolio messages are not sent to spam or junk folder, try adjusting email filters. Find the email from the list below to learn how to add Interfolio as a trusted domain.

    Gmail

    Outlook

    Hotmail

     
  3. Add help@interfolio.com as a contact in email's address book.
  4. Check with email provider to ensure emails from Interfolio are not being blocked.

If emails are still not being received, send an email to help@interfolio.com or call (877) 997-8807.
